Terms and Conditions

This document defines the rules for using the services offered by the itsdropless.com online store. By using our services, the user accepts the following terms and conditions.

 

Definitions

  • Online store – the online service available at itsdropless.com, through which the user can place orders for products.
  • Seller – "Dropless" sc., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Ogrody 50, NIP: 9522217660, REGON: 389089257.
  • User – any natural person, legal person or organizational unit using the online store.
  • Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with the entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Registration and User Account

  • Registration in the online store is voluntary and free of charge.
  • The user can make purchases without having to register, as a guest.
  • Registration requires providing correct personal data. The user is obliged to update their data in the event of changes.
  • The user account is a code sent to the e-mail address, which the user undertakes to keep secret.

Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • The user places an order by selecting products available in the online store, adding them to the basket and confirming the order.
  • The sales contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the order by the seller.

Prices and Payments

  • All prices given on the store's website are gross prices (include VAT).
  • Prices do not include delivery costs, which are provided separately.
  • The user can pay for the order using online payments made available in the store.

Delivery

  • Orders are processed within the time specified in the order confirmation.
  • The seller delivers orders via courier companies to the address provided by the user.
  • Delivery costs are covered by the user, unless the contract provides otherwise.

Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  • To withdraw from the contract, the consumer must inform the seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement.
  • The consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
  • The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.

Complaints

  • The seller is liable to the consumer if the sold product has a physical or legal defect (warranty).
  • Complaints can be submitted to the e-mail address: hello@itsdropless.com or to the seller's postal address.
  • The complaint should include the user's data, a description of the defect and the consumer's request.
  • The seller considers the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and informs the user about further proceedings.

Personal Data Protection

  • The administrator of the users' personal data is the seller.
  • The users' personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

Final Provisions

  • The seller reserves the right to change these terms of service. The changes are effective from the moment they are published on the store's website.
  • In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the online store services will be resolved by competent common courts.
